At Fluor Corporation, we strive to create innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients. As a Control Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing control systems for our projects. Your primary responsibilities will include performing calculations for equipment, reviewing vendor documentation, and developing estimates and schedules. You will also be responsible for identifying deviations in job scope, initiating trends or change orders, and supporting estimate activities. Additionally, you will interface with project disciplines and client representatives, develop and build client relations, and participate in activities associated with equipment and material procurement, permitting, and subcontracting. You will also analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity. To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in an engineering field, 5-10 years of relevant working experience, and the ability to communicate effectively in the original language, English. You should also have intermediate knowledge of specifying instrumentation, control systems procurement activities, and piping and instrumentation diagram representation. Advanced knowledge of INTOOLS and/or PRODOK is also required.
