About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in a fast-paced environment, providing care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments
- Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
- Experience in nephrology or dialysis nursing is preferred, but not required
