Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Junior Marketing Specialist to join our team in Bilbao. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, communication, or a related field, and experience in industrial products (B2B) for the energy or chemicals industries.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Management: Design, implement, and monitor inbound and outbound marketing campaigns using HubSpot. Create and manage ID campaigns, audience segmentation, and automated workflows. Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize to improve results.
- Marketing Materials: Develop marketing content, including emails, brochures, landing pages, blog posts, and promotional materials. Collaborate with creative agencies to ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines and are of high quality.
- Event Organization: Plan and coordinate company events, webinars, trade shows, and other promotional events. Manage all logistical aspects, from venue bookings to attendee management and event promotion.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Experience in industrial products (B2B) for the energy or chemicals industries.
- Proven experience using HubSpot for creating and managing marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and present clear and understandable reports.
