The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our Odoo ERP system and providing comprehensive IT support across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Odoo ERP Implementation - Customize, configure, and implement Odoo ERP solutions tailored to our business needs. Troubleshooting and Support - Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo-related issues, ensuring system stability and performance. Collaboration and Development - Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and integrate Odoo with other systems. Develop and maintain custom modules, reports, and workflows in Odoo. IT Support Duties - Provide technical support and assistance to staff for hardware, software, and network issues. Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including workstations and network. Implement security measures and conduct regular system updates and backups. Assist in the deployment of new technologies and tools to improve operational efficiency. Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Qualifications: Odoo Expertise - Proven experience as an Odoo Specialist with a solid understanding of Odoo modules and customization. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and other relevant programming languages for Odoo development. IT Support Skills - Strong knowledge of IT support best practices and hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Familiarity with networks and security.
