About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Manager to join our team at FREE NOW. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a critical role in driving strategic sourcing initiatives and delivering value to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize spend and improve supplier relationships
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define purchasing roadmaps and negotiate contracts with key vendors
  • Analyze spending patterns and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with key suppliers and negotiate agreements that meet business needs
  • Represent FREE NOW in supplier negotiations and ensure that procurement processes are followed consistently
  • Design and implement a purchasing system to support business growth and efficiency
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field, with a focus on strategic sourcing and supplier management
  • Deep negotiation knowledge and ability to apply advanced negotiation skills in different scenarios
  • Ability to support multiple annual spend cycles and identify addressable spend and savings opportunities
  • Proven track record of negotiating with partners from various European countries and understanding of procurement practices and standards
  • Fluent spoken and written English skills, with German a plus
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with experience using Google tools, ERP, and Excel/Gsheet
