Your Mission, Roles, and Responsibilities

As a Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by leveling the activity of the plant production floor at the minimum stock level possible. You will be accountable for communicating with customers, establishing and monitoring the master production schedule, preparing and implementing the sales and operations planning, managing pool and safety stock levels, and following up on delivery performance.

You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize resources and processes, and to anticipate and resolve any issues related to engineering changes or mix changes.

Your Profile and Competencies to Succeed

Minimum Education Level:

  • Education: Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's in Engineering or Business.

Professional Experience:

  • Experience in production in an industrial environment
  • Minimum bi-lingual (English required)

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Delivery performance: customer MPM, Customer Backlog,
  • Alerts follow up: # or alerts raised, resolution effectiveness, time to solve...
  • Cost effectiveness: Premium freight cost to customer linked to non-proper PDP decisions,
