Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Innovation Director to join our team and lead the creation of SEO strategies, conversion funnels, and audience engagement tactics to maximize lead generation. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with internal and external teams to design, develop, and implement digital projects that drive sales growth and customer engagement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs to identify business opportunities and create joint value, achieving the company's business objectives
- Lead the creation of SEO strategies, conversion funnels, and audience engagement tactics to maximize lead generation
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to design, develop, and implement digital projects
- Pitch the company's services to potential clients, showcasing our expertise and value proposition
- Ensure customers and management are satisfied with the proposed marketing campaigns, ensuring we produce valuable and engaging content that converts target audiences
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related field
- 7+ years of hands-on marketing experience, including the planning, development, and implementation of global marketing initiatives
- Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth and customer engagement
- Hands-on knowledge of SEO, lead generation, inbound marketing, and PPC AdWords
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Hubspot, Active Campaign, and marketing tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Hootsuite
