Overview

Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations and Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the supervision of PV power plant operations, system monitoring, and data analysis to maximize plant performance. You will also supervise O&M subcontractors, conduct site visits, and provide regular and specific reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the operation and maintenance of PV power plants to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze system data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Supervise and manage O&M subcontractors to ensure high-quality work and adherence to company standards
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide regular and specific reporting to stakeholders on plant performance and maintenance activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or operations of facilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Business fluency in English and Spanish, with additional European languages an asset
