Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Apartool. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for learning about the corporate travel industry, collecting feedback from interdepartmental teams to improve platform functionality, and creating user stories and acceptance criteria for the engineering team.

You will also collaborate closely with the design team to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for new features and improvements to existing products. Additionally, you will work with the development team to resolve doubts and create and improve product features.

Furthermore, you will coordinate and support the QA process for new platform releases and obtain data to analyze and make good decisions.

Requirements
  • Knowledge in the Corporate Travel industry
  • 2+ years of experience as Product Manager or Product Owner focused on user experience from a technical point of view
  • Experience developing product(s) from zero to first release and beyond
  • Strong Project Management skills, to organize development projects (SDLC)
  • Advanced level of written and spoken Spanish & English
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and determine task urgency
  • Familiarity with different tools like Notion or other management tools
  • Proactive and goal-oriented with strong management and organizational skills
  • Open-mindedness, resilience, change management capacity, empathy, and energy are essential soft skills
  • Ability to present and defend new ideas that add value to the company's operations
  • Adaptability to an environment of constant transformation and digitization
