Elevator Service Technician

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Elevator Service Technician to join our team at Otis Elevator Company. As a Field Service Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our elevator systems, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of technical expertise.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Attend to customer callbacks and routine maintenance tasks to ensure 100% service visits
• Perform repairs and maintenance activities as required, adhering to quality and safety standards
• Monitor elevator systems to ensure compliance with WWJSSS regulations
• Generate and manage service requests, ensuring timely completion of tasks
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery

**Requirements:**

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 3-6 years of experience in the elevator industry, with a strong background in service and maintenance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
• Assertive, proactive, and result-oriented, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
