Job Description

At Adyen, we're looking for a skilled Operational Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Contact Center, you'll provide top-notch support to our merchants worldwide, helping them navigate the Adyen platform and resolve technical and administrative issues.

As a bridge between Support and Operational functions, you'll identify and troubleshoot issues, provide feedback, and contribute to improving our customer experience. With a strong focus on scalability, you'll optimize and automate processes to ensure seamless merchant support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer in-depth merchant requests about the Adyen platform and provide guidance.
  • Optimize and automate processes for scalability.
  • Act as an internal product advocate, tracking product processes and contributing to the platform.
  • Provide technical and operational assistance to merchants via phone, web-based tools, and email.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to coach and provide constructive feedback.
  • Strong interest in technical and operational processes.
  • Experience in a technology-driven company or role.
  • Knowledge of the Payments environment is a plus.
  • Fluent English language skills, with additional languages considered a plus.
