About the Role
As a Customer Success Representative at Webfleet Solutions B.V., you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers in the Benelux region. This includes delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving adoption and growth, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that drive customer loyalty and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute customer engagement strategies.
- Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Business acumen and commercial understanding.
- Experience in customer success or account management.
- Fluent in Dutch and professional business English.
