Clinical Research Associate II Specialist

The Clinical Research Associate II plays a crucial role in the success of our clinical trials. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing all study start-up activities, ensuring that our trials are conducted with the highest level of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned sites, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investigators and site staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Develop and implement strategies for site activation, patient recruitment, and retention, ensuring that our trials meet their recruitment targets.
- Prepare and submit IRB/IEC and MoH/RA applications, resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise.
- Customize and negotiate informed consent forms, translations, and amendments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Update and maintain clinical trial management systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Previous experience in study set-up, site initiation, or study start-up, with a strong understanding of clinical trials methodology and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with investigators, site staff, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent command of Spanish and English languages, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
Educated to degree level (biological science, pharmacy, or other health-related discipline preferred) or equivalent nursing qualification or other equivalent experience.
