About Bluebird Care
We provide high-quality care services to adults over 18, offering companionship care, personal care, mental health support, and complex care.
As a Care Assistant with Bluebird Care Harrogate, you will be part of a well-established company that has provided care for over 10 years in Lincolnshire.
We are looking for individuals who deliver high-quality care and work to our values and standards.
Our services are available from 07:00 to 22:00, and we require our Care Assistants to work alternate weekends.
We offer a competitive salary of £14 per hour, paid monthly, and provide mileage paid at 30p per mile.
Our benefits include hospital admission pay, paid training, 30 days paid annual leave pro rata, and access to in-house wellbeing support.
We also offer access to an NVQ in Health and Social Care, a Bluebird Care Career Journey, and a blue light card.
Requirements for the Role
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
- To be an honest, empathetic, hardworking, and trustworthy individual
- The right to work within the UK
- An excellent level of English, both spoken and written
- Experience is welcome, but not essential, as full training is provided
