About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Data Analyst to join our City Analytics team at Tier Mobility. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will play a crucial role in advising and informing the Parking Compliance Product team on data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take end-to-end ownership of data in your business area, from defining new events to building scalable data models.
  • Work collaboratively with Product teams to define and track meaningful KPIs and goals that align with broader business objectives.
  • Provide expert consultation and support on experimentation, including designing testing plans and analyzing results with statistical rigor.
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to define and implement data best practices across Data Analytics & Product.
  • Act as a data champion at Tier Mobility, evangelizing the use of data and proactively identifying opportunities to increase data literacy and engagement across the product organization.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar data analytics role, preferably within a Product-led organization.
  • Strong understanding of the basics of Product analytics, including AB testing, user activity & retention analytics, funnels & customer segmentation.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and ability to prioritize working on problems with the highest business impact.
  • Outstanding SQL skills and proficiency in Python/R for analytics & statistics.
  • Excellent data visualization skills and experience in creating dashboard reporting in Looker, Tableau, or a similar visualization tool.
  • Past work experience with geospatial data is a plus.
