About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for leading the sales process with prospective customers, identifying qualified opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to be a founding member of our sales organization and have a significant impact on our business growth. You will own the entire sales process from qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals, while also providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the entire sales process from lead qualification to deal closure
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship-building
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Accurately forecasting revenue results and meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting sales performance and progress

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on account growth and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation
