Servant Leader

This Servant-Leader will oversee EMEA Digital projects for the company's digital ecosystem of products and services. They will act as a buffer between the team and product owner and maintain a safe working environment for the team by helping with conflict resolution. The main purpose of this role is to lead the team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices, and report directly to the Agile Office Manager based in Spain (Sant Cugat).
The successful candidate will lead the Agile processes of projects, facilitate ceremonies, collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met, and coordinate with other Scrum Masters to ensure consistency across the teams. They will also remove impediments, coach the scrum team, resolve conflicts, and work closely with Product Owners to build and maintain backlogs clear and prioritized.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, at least 2-3 years of similar experience, motivation about IoT and Digital solutions, and knowledge of Agile process and principles. Additionally, they should have certified Scrum Master and/or Kanban Practitioner credentials, strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills, and experience on scrum/kanban teams.
