Chief Architect

As Chief Architect, you will drive the vision and strategy for our integrated web systems, aligning them with business objectives. You will lead a team of 3-6 engineering managers, collaborating with other departments to roll out new web systems and improve existing ones.

• Develop high-level architecture for platforms and software in development
• Identify hiring needs and participate in the recruiting process
• Guide engineers in their career paths and improve the engineering ladder
• Manage departmental resources and mentoring

• Proficient in at least one programming language (Frontend or Backend)
• Excellent understanding of monolith and microservices architecture
• Extensive knowledge of Continuous Delivery principles and patterns
• Good understanding of DevOps containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Confident with AWS Cloud infrastructure
• Experience with Agile principles and Scrum
• Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent experience
