Job Summary

The Chief Psychologist, Correctional Facility, will provide expert consultation services to mental health executives, Chiefs, and supervisors statewide. This role will focus on providing mentorship, leadership development, and clinical guidance to support the growth and success of clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultation services to support clinical leadership, including mentorship, skill development, and orientation
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance clinical staff skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with mental health executives to develop and implement strategic plans for clinical services
• Provide guidance and support to Chiefs and supervisors to enhance their leadership skills
• Conduct statewide travel to provide consultation services and support to clinical staff

Requirements

Applicants must have a strong background in mental health and clinical leadership. A master's degree in psychology or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing consultation services, leadership development, and clinical guidance.
