About the Role

Candee, a leading talent consultancy specializing in digital marketing, is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our new aparthotel openings.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company that prioritizes customer focus and provides unforgettable experiences. Our new project, Dazia Capital's Flex Living, is a growing residential rental model that offers real estate solutions with greater flexibility for residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for the launch of new aparthotel schemes, collaborating closely with the marketing manager.
  • Define and oversee the social media strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Manage the CRM strategy through Hubspot, creating and writing content, designing it, managing distribution, and measuring results.
  • Focus on content creation, developing compelling content for marketing materials such as the website or brochures.
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure visual and written materials align with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
