We are seeking a skilled Senior UX Researcher to join our team at Vista. As a key member of our research department, you will be responsible for leading mixed methods user research projects from start to finish.
Your primary goal will be to deliver actionable insights that inform product decisions and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, and engineering.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute research plans, defining clear problem statements, project goals, and research assumptions.
- Lead research activities, including data analysis, synthesis, and sharing findings with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product teams to prioritize research initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in applied product research.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in human behavior-related fields, including computer science, HCI, experimental psychology, sociology, and behavioral science.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of mixed methods research, and experience working with globally distributed teams. A strong portfolio demonstrating experience as a Research Specialist is required.
What We Offer:Vista offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
