About the Role
The HSE Specialist will be responsible for ensuring all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements are met within the company. This includes developing and implementing policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement risk assessments for new facilities and equipment
- Supervise and assess the installation of new equipment for the lab prototype line
- Define HSE policies, KPIs, and standards
- Develop a waste reduction plan and environmental procedures
- Monitor legal compliance and relations with local authorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or relevant experience
- Master's Degree in Health Safety
- 3-5 years of experience in the Chemical and/or Automotive industry
- Knowledge of ATEX regulation, CE mark, chemical products handling, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Spanish and other European languages a plus
