Talent Search People is seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our B2B sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations. You will also need to have a native level of Norwegian and a good understanding of English.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and implement sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Relationship Manager in a B2B environment.
  • Native level of Norwegian.
  • Good understanding of English.
