Job Description

TAVI Field Clinical Specialists play a crucial role in the Global expansion programme, providing exceptional support to Clinicians and Patients. As a key member of our team, you will develop clinical education materials in connection with clinical investigations. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing clinical insights on the device, procedure, and protocol throughout the life cycle of the clinical investigation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure centers, physicians, and staff meet certification requirements.
  • Interact with Key Opinion Leaders and proctors.
  • Deliver comprehensive education on device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Develop and enhance training curriculum and materials based on clinical trial experience and company guidelines.
  • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and staff on technical matters related to investigational products and procedures.
  • Provide follow-up support to ensure continuity of education and technical support related to patient outcomes.
  • Mentor new Field Clinical Specialists.
  • Contribute to growth strategies within focused accounts in partnership with Sales and Sales Management.
  • Upsell in key strategic accounts in collaboration with Territory Managers and Business Unit Head.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and assigned accounts.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor or master's degree in Science, preferably cardiology, Medical Technology, or equivalent field.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in Interventional Cardiology products (preferably TAVI/TAVR experience).
  • Experience in cardiology is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong integrity and work ethic.
  • Ability to travel extensively and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to initiate, implement, and execute projects independently.
