Xometry is seeking a Talent Operations Specialist to join our People Operations team. This role will be responsible for supporting our team members with HR-related topics, managing our HR Help Desk, and assisting with the onboarding and offboarding processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance and resources to team members on HR topics such as payroll, benefits, and policies
  • Managing the HR Help Desk and responding to employee inquiries
  • Assisting with the onboarding and offboarding processes, including creating resources and conducting New Employee Orientation
  • Maintaining and updating employee life cycle information in our HR information systems
  • Creating efficiencies by leveraging HR technology to automate operational processes
  • Creating and maintaining accurate documentation of HR processes and procedures
  • Assisting with various reports, audits, and filings throughout the year
  • Supporting ongoing benefits communication and coordinating benefit-related events

Requirements:

  • At least 4+ years of experience in multiple HR disciplines, including benefits, payroll, HR policies, HRIS, and compliance
  • Experience as an administrator for enterprise HRIS/payroll systems, such as ADP or Paylocity
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and project management-focused individual
  • Experience working with Excel sheets and formulas
  • Successful experience working in high-growth, dynamic entrepreneurial environments
  • Excellent organizational and collaboration skills
  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
