Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Kimpton Vividora Barcelona. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team in planning, organizing, and executing various marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement effective marketing strategies to increase hotel visibility and occupancy.
  • Coordinate projects with different digital marketing agencies, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
  • Collaborate with the operational and sales team to create attractive promotions and special packages.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate reports to optimize future strategies.
  • Maintain media relations and manage the hotel's external communications.
  • Participate in events to promote the Kimpton Vividora brand.
  • Write newsletters and manage the database.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Previous marketing experience, preferably in the hotel or luxury sector.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Must be fluent in local language and English; additional languages will be highly valuable.
  • Proactive, creative, team-worker with a passion for the sales & marketing area.
  • Innovative approach and a strong ability to connect with our guests.
