Job Overview

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled Industrialization Engineer to join Airbus Defence and Space in San Pablo, Sevilla.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Implementation and Feedback: Drive the implementation of first installations, incorporating shop floor feedback loops to ensure seamless execution.
  2. Routing and BOM Management: Create and update routings, Bills of Material (BOM), and Statement of Intent (SOI) in accordance with shop floor needs, time calculation, and work preparation golden rules.
  3. Industrial Asset Specification: Specify the requirements for industrial assets, such as jigs, tools, tooling, and machines, for creation or modification.
  4. Regular Feedback and Planning: Plan regular feedback loops with the Production Team to ensure alignment and progress.
  5. Work Preparation and Escalation: Manage key and recurrent work preparation issues escalated by the Production Team and technical shop floor support.
  6. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate directly and participate in Production Team routines to foster a collaborative environment.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Support shop floor continuous improvement by providing work preparation expertise when issues are not managed at the shop floor level.
  8. PPE Support: Support the Production Planning and Engineering (PPE) team in evaluating industrial impacts of modifications and translating industrial requirements to design and supply chain.
  9. Configuration Management: Be accountable for Support configuration management.
  10. FMEA and P-FMEA: Run and support Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (P-FMEA).
  11. Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise to the Design Production Engineering (DPE) team, depending on the division.
  12. Supply Chain Management: Ensure consistency and effectiveness of data, guaranteeing full alignment with supply chain management.
Requirements
  1. Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
  2. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the role.
  3. Soft Skills: High adaptability to work on new topics, new business, and in a networking mode.
  4. Languages: Advanced level in English.
