Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Insoft Philippines. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for designing and developing visual communications that meet our organizational standards and branding guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement visual identity systems, including logos, color schemes, and typography.
• Design and create marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and posters.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
• Manage and maintain our digital media channels, including social media and email marketing.
• Edit and upload visuals to different platforms as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Evaluate processes and suggest changes to improve marketing and design efficiency and quality.
• Stay up-to-date with current market trends and industry best practices in marketing and design.

Requirements:
• At least five (5) years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a considerable portfolio that can be shared for review and evaluation.
• A Bachelor's degree in Graphics Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts or something similar is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software.
• Excellent collaboration and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive working on concurrent projects with the same level of demands and on tight deadlines.

What We Offer:
• Competitive salary range of Php35,000.00 to Php45,000.00 per month.
