Job Description

As part of the electric powertrain team at Applus IDIADA, this internship role will be responsible for supporting test activities for battery systems. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the development of innovative electric vehicles.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize test samples, including packs, modules, cells, and test parts.
  • Understand and apply the correct test configuration and instrumentation.
  • Support test conduct in the laboratory, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
  • Collect and analyze test data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Generate a comprehensive report responding to customer needs.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to internal technical discussions.
Qualifications
  • Electrical engineering degree.
Languages
  • English: Professional working proficiency.
  • Any other language is an asset.

  • Passion for the automotive field, electric vehicles, and technical curiosity.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to work independently.
  • Recognizable empathy, team spirit, proactive attitude, and high level of assertiveness.

  • Basic concepts of instrumentation and objective vehicle testing are an asset.
  • CAN tools and Matlab/Simulink experience.
