We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Account Manager to join our Commercial team in Southern and Northern Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with our retail partners, identifying new commercial opportunities, and negotiating reciprocal support to drive business growth.
You will have a commercial mindset with a natural ability to reach creative results and achieve ambitious growth targets. You will be highly numerate, target-driven, and commercially savvy, with a strong passion for working in the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with Buying, Trading, Merchandising, and Marketing teams at our retail partners to ensure the Charlotte Tilbury brand is positioned to deliver its full potential.
- Commercial Negotiations: Conduct successful commercial negotiations on terms, pricing, distribution, and support with Buying and Merchandising teams to drive business growth.
- Retail Context Understanding: Ensure a top-line and detailed understanding of retail context, category, and channel performance to identify retail opportunities and strategic needs.
- Net Sales Forecasting: Own all net sales forecasting for defined retailers, meeting all financial deadlines and budget submissions, flagging risks and opportunities in a timely and quantified manner.
- Limitless Plans: Deliver limitless plans to maintain and drive #1 ranking across the estate.
- Forecasting and Inventory Management: Ensure accurate forecasting for NPD and core lines, and proactive inventory and assortment management, with close collaboration with Supply Chain and Demand Planning.
- Team Development: Support the development and performance of National Account Executive and wider team, building functional expertise and driving relationship management with the trade.
You will report directly into the Senior National Account Manager, as part of a super ambitious and supportive team. You will work closely with Regional Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and PR to create and deliver an annual plan for each retailer, covering activation of key launches and marketing moments, eventing, retailer animation, considering both customer acquisition and retention.
You will also build strong working relationships with our fabulous ecommerce team, utilising insight from our own channel site to drive performance of Pureplay retailers.
About You:Ideally, you will have demonstrable experience operating as a Senior National Account Manager / National Account Manager, ideally within the beauty / luxury / fashion industry. You will be highly numerate, target-driven, and commercially savvy, with a strong passion for working in the beauty industry.
You will be a structured and organised individual, comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment. You will have a growth mindset and can recognise the pace of change we are undergoing.
You will have proven experience in managing and coaching, with excellent relationship building and communication skills. You will be a starter and go-getter with an entrepreneurial can-do spirit.
