About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Data Quality Consultant to join our team at Puig. As a key member of our Central Finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate transfer of financial data from original ERPs of each division of the Group, achieving Corporate compliance regarding the Group Analytical, master data consistence, mappings...

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage internal client relationships, providing support and promoting ideas for the improvement of internal processes.
  • Lead all Corporate Finance projects in terms of master data quality and governance for all functional areas of Central Finance, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Travel Expenses, Treasury, Real Estate, Product Costing, Cost and Profit Centers actual/budget assignments and allocations, Profitability Analysis (account based).
  • Ensure Finance SAP integrations (accounting, analytical objects, taxes...) from other systems and ERPs.
  • Control of all incidents in the own area, leading initiatives to maintain SLA according to department objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of expertise defining and delivering new IT tools to manage the following processes: SAP Central Finance, SAP Data Services, Integration tools, SAP S4: FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AM, FI-TR (BCM, LP, TRM), RE-FX, CO-PC, CO-CCA, EC-PCA, CO-OM, CO-PA.
  • SAP integrations from external systems.
  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Good level of English. Spanish is an asset.
  • Desire to work in an Information Systems environment.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Good Knowledge in SAP FICO, considering S4 and Central Finance a must, from both functional and technical point of view.
  • ABAP and SAP PO basic knowledge would be a plus.
