Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Project Manager to join our team at Sandoz Industrial Products. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the ramp-up of the Palafolls site.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement HSE strategies to ensure the safe and sustainable operation of our facilities.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage projects and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Provide HSE guidance and support to project teams, including the development of User Requirements Specifications and change management activities.
  4. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize HSE risks.
  5. Develop and implement training programs to promote a culture of safety and sustainability within the organization.
  6. Manage and report on HSE KPIs and CAPAs to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
  1. Engineering degree with a focus on HSE or a related field.
  2. Master's degree in Health & Safety is highly desirable.
  3. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in industrial HSE roles with a strong focus on safety and sustainability.
  4. Strong knowledge of HAZOP, ATEX, and self-protection plans.
  5. Fluent in English and Spanish.
  6. Knowledge of the pharma industry and environmental management expertise.
  7. Project management skills and experience with CAPAs and HSE KPIs.
