About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Planning Manager to join our team at Spark Foundry. As a Media Planning Manager, you will be responsible for leading the creation, direction, and ongoing development of client planning, injecting innovation into all media solutions, and achieving commercial return for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, negotiate, and execute media plans to meet client objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day planning and analysis while maintaining strong relationships with publishers and partner agencies.
  • Hold a global vision of every campaign, including TV, Press, Magazines, Radio, External, and Cinema, as well as Digital media.
  • Consolidate completed activity in every media of assigned clients.
  • Participate in strategies of assigned accounts with tactical detail.
  • Collaborate with the definition of KPIs of control (negotiation and media).
  • Guarantee thorough control and achievement of specific goals of your team.
  • Optimally apply strategic and negotiation lines in the development of every campaign of your team.
  • Supervise plans generated by your team.
  • Control your team's global budget.
  • Plan weekly team tasks, making any needed changes to balance workload.
  • Establish priorities and sequence of actions to carry out.
  • Coordinate and supervise the team.
  • Supervise implementation of job process of Publicis Groupe.
  • Continuously suggest improvements in job systems, always looking for maximum efficiency and quality.
  • Manage team's training.
  • Have good command and knowledge of company's tools.
  • Manage weekly status of intern reporting.
  • Be in touch with media.

Requirements

  • University degree related to Marketing, Advertising, or Economics, or at least 4 years of experience in marketing.
  • Good knowledge of planning tools.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Meticulous and rigorous.
  • Leadership and people management.
  • Steadfastly pushes self and others for results.
  • Open to new ideas and change.
  • Ability to manage day-to-day planning and analysis while maintaining strong relationships with publishers and partner agencies.
  • Knowledge in different phases of planning: research, strategy, tactic, negotiation, buying, following-up, optimization, and invoicing.
  • Good level of English (B2 or more).
  • Good knowledge of tools and advertising market sources (ComScore, Google Trends, Kantar, Galileo -AIMC, EGM-, Tom Micro, Infoadex, Mecos, OJD, etc.).
