We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM ABAP Specialist to join our team. As an SAP HCM ABAP Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing SAP HR solutions for our clients.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in SAP HCM ABAP and be an expert in SAP HR Technical consulting. They will also have experience in ABAP programming, HANA programming, interfaces (RFC, ALE, Web Services SOA, Web Services Rest Full Method, API, etc…), SAPUI5 Programming and Odata, and non-standard functionality such as infotypes, payroll and time functions and operations, user exits, Badis, enhancements, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SAP HR solutions for clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver SAP HR projects
- Provide expert technical guidance on SAP HR modules and ABAP programming
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP HR and ABAP technologies
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience in SAP HCM ABAP
- Expertise in SAP HR Technical consulting
- Strong knowledge of ABAP programming, HANA programming, interfaces, SAPUI5 Programming and Odata
- Experience with non-standard functionality such as infotypes, payroll and time functions and operations, user exits, Badis, enhancements, etc.
- Excellent communication and user management skills
