Senior Plant Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Process Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position that requires a high level of expertise in maintenance management. You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities of our production equipment and facilities, ensuring that they are running efficiently and effectively.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
- Supervise a team of maintenance personnel to ensure that they have the necessary training and resources to perform their tasks effectively.
- Manage spare parts inventory to ensure that critical components are always available when needed.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance process efficiency and reduce waste.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial engineering. Additionally, you must have at least 5 years of experience in maintenance leadership roles, preferably in a GMP or FDA-regulated environment.
- Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of industrial systems and equipment, including pumps, valves, and conveyor systems.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and lean six sigma tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
