Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Risk Management professional to join the TEB team as a Compliance Risk Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring internal processes are robust, controls are in place and operating effectively. This includes performing internal audits of departmental processes, identifying weaknesses and proposing viable actions to resolve.

The Compliance Risk Specialist will also be responsible for modeling and forecasting financial impacts of risks materializing, responding to compliance and audit requests originating from both internal and external stakeholders, and collaborating with partner teams to conduct internal reviews and risk assessments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
  • Experience working in a large public accounting firm or multi-national corporate tax department
  • Knowledge of financial accounting and indirect tax
  • Proven ability in data-driven decision making and risk analysis as well as thinking strategically
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous fast-paced environment, fast-learner, independent
