About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Director to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our hotel infrastructure, ensuring that our properties remain safe, clean, and well-maintained.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects. You will work closely with our hotel management teams to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the maintenance function, providing reactive and proactive multi-skilled service on all operational equipment and hotel infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend the life of our assets.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate projects, including lifecycle works, and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Supervise and train a high-performing maintenance team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
