We are seeking a seasoned Senior UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that drive business success.

  1. Take ownership of our design system, ensuring it remains scalable, consistent, and aligned with the evolution of our product and brand.
  2. Lead the end-to-end user experience design process, always prioritizing simplicity, usability, and clarity in every interaction.
  3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex workflows into intuitive, human-centered solutions.
  4. Support product marketing by creating high-impact visual assets, including infographics, product visuals, and video content which bring our story to life.
  5. Champion an AI-first mindset, not only by embedding advanced AI into elegant interfaces, but also by exploring how AI can streamline your own design workflows.
  6. Actively contribute to the product vision through user research, feedback analysis, and continuous iteration always looking for new ways to improve and innovate.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience building and evolving design systems that scale across teams and products while maintaining visual and functional consistency.
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end UX design processes, from user research and ideation to high-fidelity prototypes and final delivery.
  • Strong collaboration skills working closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, user-centered solutions.
  • Experience supporting product marketing through high-impact visual content, including product visuals, infographics, and video-based assets.
  • Ability to embrace and apply an AI-first mindset, designing interfaces for AI-powered tools and experimenting with AI to enhance your own workflows.
  • Comfort translating complex user needs into clear and purposeful product experiences through iteration and continuous feedback.
  • Fluent in both English.
