Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Project Engineer to join our team at Eurofragance, S.L. As a key member of our global engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and managing global engineering projects to ensure the company's strategic expansion plan is executed successfully.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule project activities, including meetings and deadlines, to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with the team to prepare and monitor work plans and schedules, ensuring effective project execution.
  • Ensure proper internal communication with areas involved in the project, facilitating seamless collaboration.
  • Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, including progress reports, technical documentation, and meeting records.
  • Track necessary resources for project execution, ensuring efficient use of company resources.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors to ensure progress according to project requirements.
  • Participate in the identification and mitigation of project-related risks, ensuring proactive risk management.
  • Support in the preparation of budgets and control project costs, in collaboration with the controlling department.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, coordinating engineering projects, preferably in the chemical or perfumery industry or related fields.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and Microsoft 365, including Excel.
  • Availability to travel, as required.
