Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Inhouse Consultant - Business Intelligence and Analytics Expert to join our IT Team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in taking our Business Intelligence and Data Analytics to the next level.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead Data and Analytics Projects
Develop and implement solutions based on our Qlik Sense platform to provide actionable insights to our business units.
Partner with Global DivisionsScope new projects, gather functional requirements, develop data models, and design front-end applications in collaboration with our global divisions, business units, and group functions.
Develop and Implement SolutionsPro-actively identify needed changes in the application lifecycle and make recommendations for improvements with subsequent implementation.
Train End UsersPlan and deliver trainings for end users, especially in the context of Self-Service Analytics.
Support Operations and MaintenanceSupport proper operations and maintenance of existing application landscape, including service request and incident management, design and update required support frameworks.
Mentor and Lead Team MembersProvide mentoring and leadership to other team members and serve as a role model.
Requirements
- Education
Bachelor's or master's degree in technical or business studies or equivalent experience.
ExperienceMin. 4 years of working experience in a similar in-house consulting role in an international company.
SkillsHands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions based on Qlik Sense, familiarity with Governed Self Service BI concepts, and basic knowhow in SQL.
Additional RequirementsExperience in back-end solutions, especially Snowflake, ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and fluency in English.
