Overview
The Human Resources Business Partner plays a key role in facilitating HR-related activities for assigned client groups, acting as a strategic business partner and liaison.
As an employee champion and change agent, the HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, aligning with HR teams globally to deliver value-added services in line with the HR Global Strategic plan.
The HR Business Partner works closely with Global HR functions, such as compensation, benefits, HRIS, and external consultants, to develop, maintain, and ensure consistency with HR practices, policies, procedures, and programs.
