We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and collaborating with our technical teams.

Salary and Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support via various communication channels. Your duties will include troubleshooting, resolving user problems, documenting user interactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Proven experience in first-level support or customer service
  2. Excellent Windows 10 and Office 365 skills; Apple expertise is an asset
  3. Demonstrated ability to work independently with high-quality standards
  4. Native/fluent German language skills (at least B2), good English language proficiency
