Bell Attendant

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Bell Attendant to join our team at Marriott International. As a Bell Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their rooms, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
• Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring it is safely transported to and from their rooms.
• Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, as well as local areas of interest and activities.
• Identify and explain room features to guests, including the use of room keys, mini-bars, and in-room safes.
• Arrange transportation for guests, including taxi cabs, shuttle buses, and limousine/sedan services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
