About the Role:

You will be responsible for leading a team of Resort Customer Helpers, delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing our customers' holiday experience in resort. As a key member of our management team, you will work closely with internal and external suppliers to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Resort Customer Helpers to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Collaborate with internal and external suppliers to ensure efficient operations
  • Take ownership of your team's performance and customer escalations using in-house digital systems
  • Host regular meetings with your team, including weekly meetings, training sessions, and monthly 1-1 performance reviews
  • Support the Destination Manager and Local Agent with future planning and analyze customer feedback daily

Requirements:

  • Full right to work documents for the country where this role is based
  • Living in the destination with your own accommodation
  • Driver with access to your own motorized vehicle/car for work purposes
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including early starts, late finishes, split shifts, and weekends
  • Confidence in managing performance, supporting your team, and using in-house digital systems

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on location)
