**About the Role**

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team at Amazon as a **Global Advertising Program Manager**. As a key member of our Large & Growth Advertising Customer team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our advertising programs worldwide.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Build and scale programs that eliminate barriers to advertiser success and drive business growth.
  • Coach and develop a team of advertising specialists to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Define and track key metrics to improve advertising solutions and provide insights to sales teams.
  • Prepare regular business reviews and documents to inform strategic decisions.
  • Hire, groom, and grow a high-performing team of professionals.

**About the Team**

Our Advertiser Success Team is a global organization with functional expertise in campaign optimization, account management, market analysis, and program management. We work closely with advertisers, account managers, account executives, and product & program managers to champion the voice of customers and influence product roadmaps to enhance customer experience and drive business growth through advertising.
