As a key member of the Enterprise Informatics team, you will lead the Radiology Informatics S&SD Implementation Clinical Consulting Team in South Europe (France, Greece, Italy, Israel, Portugal, Spain). Your role will involve providing clinical consultancy services for Radiology Informatics solutions within South Europe.
You will be responsible for educating and coaching your team and sales resources in Radiology Informatics Solutions and driving methodology development within this area. Additionally, you will validate solution design to fit customers' clinical requirements and needs during the presales phase for complex implementations of Philips RI solutions within South Europe.
Your responsibilities will include developing strategic working relationships and providing guidance to senior customer leaders. You will serve in a consultative role with the customer throughout sales, implementation & adoption to ensure a smooth, effective, and successful implementation of Philips RI solutions. You will also support and advise the salesforce during customer acquisition.
You will be expected to ensure successful clinical and physician adoption of Philips RI solutions. This will involve working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives. You will implement strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results for South Europe.
In this role, you will provide clinical consultancy services to complex projects within South Europe on workflow analysis, identification of changes, and adoption of solution design. You will guide the customer in testing workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality of Philips solutions. You will also coach and educate the Clinical Consulting team Europe as well as customers in the use of complex situations for multiple solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of work experience in the clinical area of Radiology Informatics. They will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree/qualification in a clinical area, or equivalent. The candidate will have a proven track record in effectively structuring problems and designing solutions that the customer believes in and advocates.
