About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Bartender Intern to join our team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverage experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverage orders according to recipes and service standards.
- Be knowledgeable about bar products and cocktail recipes.
- Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to unwind and enjoy themselves.
- Monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage.
- Work with the rest of the team to maintain a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
