About The Role
We are seeking an administrative assistant to join our team and support the growth of our administrative department. As a member of this team, you will collaborate on various administrative tasks and support other areas of the company. The goal is to develop your professional career within the company and take on new challenges and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and maintain accurate records of their visits.
  • Answer calls and direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail.
  • Support the Financial and Administration department in various tasks.
  • Coordinate travel requests and communicate with the travel agency.
  • Compile expense reports and perform office tasks.

Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
  • Motivation to learn and improve processes within the department.
  • Familiarity with accounting and invoicing processes is desirable.
  • Experience with ERP and management software is desirable.
