Job Purpose

The Cybersecurity Analyst will play a critical role in implementing and coordinating our company-wide cybersecurity posture, ensuring the protection of our digital footprint and the management of cybersecurity risks for our partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement and Coordinate Cybersecurity Action Plan: Develop and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity action plan to protect our digital footprint.
  2. Raise and Control Cybersecurity Awareness: Foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness within the practice, promoting best practices and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  3. Manage Cybersecurity Incidents: Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and respond to cybersecurity incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
  4. Execute Security Reviews: Conduct regular security reviews at the practice level, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing remediation plans to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
  5. Establish Risk Assessment: Develop and maintain a risk assessment framework to identify and mitigate potential cybersecurity threats.
  6. Deliver KPIs and Dashboard: Develop and maintain a dashboard to track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cybersecurity.
  7. Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with data privacy requirements, including GDPR, and PCI regulations.
  8. Control Security Execution: Oversee the execution of security controls within our projects, ensuring that all aspects of security are considered.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Engineering/Science.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in cybersecurity frameworks, threat modeling, and risk assessment.
  • Experience: 3+ years of related professional experience in Information Systems, with a focus on cybersecurity.
  • Certifications: CISSP, CCISO, or CISM certification.
