We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our Paid Social campaign management through media buying sophistication and operational excellence.

This role will play a key part in continuing to build our social program with campaign and audience strategy, development, execution, and optimization being among your main responsibilities.

As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies with a focus on Paid Social and Video.

You will research and propose paid search campaigns, including designing and development of strategy, identification of proper landing pages, audiences, tracking and campaign analysis and insights to drive continuous improvement.

You will track campaigns performance and optimize with respect to pacing, bidding management, audience analysis, landing page and ad copy testing, ad creative performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.

You will work with the global campaigns team to develop testing roadmaps, including recommending best practices and conversion-oriented copy based on industry standards.

You will analyze data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and communicate performance and recommendations to key stakeholders.

You will stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in digital marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent working experience.
  • 3-5 years of Paid Social experience, B2B Marketing experience a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of social and analytics platforms, tools, and technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English + French or German is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign manager.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Analytics, Search Cloud, AEM, Measure/Bizible).
